Professionals of Color Research Toolkit Employer Cohort

To ground the Make It. MSP Professionals of Color Insights toolkit in use and direct experience with the goal of empowering employers to take action, the Make It. MSP. Professionals of Color Retention Team is launching a cohort of cross-sector employers to test portions of the toolkit and come together to share their experiences. The cohort will engage employers in facilitated workshops to improve and refine the toolkit, ultimately leading to more effective and widespread use of the toolkit that will aid employers in building more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Participating employers will have the opportunity to take real steps towards improving their own workplaces, based on the direct insights gathered from professionals of color in the MSP region.
