What Are the Initiative's Priority Areas?
There are dozens of potential interventions that would help make the Greater MSP region a Top 10 performer at attracting and retaining talent.
Make It. MSP. partners started by focusing on four priority areas. Each priority was determined by data showing significant opportunities for improvement in the Greater MSP region. Furthermore, different partner organizations were motivated to create teams to work in these areas.

MSP Hello
A team working to welcome newcomers to the Greater MSP region and help them make meaningful connections
BE MSP
A team working to better connect and retain people of color as they grow and thrive in the Greater MSP region
MSP Tech
A team working to expand the number of tech workers in the Greater MSP region through attraction and retention efforts
MSP Campus
A team working to attract college interns and recent graduates to the Greater MSP region
MSP Campus is Make It. MSP.'s newest project team having just launched in 2019. Although other teams are further along in their development with dedicated and mature webpages, collateral, etc., the Make It. MSP. Insights Report: 2019 MSP Campus Issue provides a great snapshot of the team's progress and hopes for future projects.
