It’s 2025, and Make It. MSP. has successfully achieved its goal of making the Greater MSP region a Top 10 metro in total net migration, year over year. Our technology workforce is experiencing tremendous growth through innovations made possible through efforts to welcome and include new perspectives and new ideas. The economy is growing at a rapid pace, and the region's fastest growing companies, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, are powered by longtime Minnesotans and newcomers to the region and state who all feel a sense of belonging in their communities. People of color are experiencing historic gains in income and home ownership, and Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul is the top destination of choice for college graduates throughout the Midwest.
