Make It. MSP. is a strategic initiative of the GREATER MSP Partnership, as defined by:
- Its focus on the entire Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul region
- Its coalition-based structure of being led by many different organizational partners
- Its data-driven approach
- A number of other unique characteristics and strategic actions
WHY IS MAKE IT. MSP. IMPORTANT?
The MSP region faces a historic gap between labor supply and demand in the region—with more job openings in MSP than job seekers. This not only presents a significant workforce challenge for employers but also an opportunity to explore new solutions.
Make It. MSP. exists to improve the Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul region's performance at attracting and retaining people.
