The Develop in MSP campaign was launched following efforts by tech recruiters and community organizations to promote the region's tech careers and community to tech professionals around the U.S. Partners interviewed tech professionals who relocated to the region and leveraged national surveys to test key messages in targeted U.S. metros. The resulting campaign was informed by more than 10,000 digital interactions, with a focus on sharing personal stories of people who relocated to MSP to pursue their purpose in tech.
